5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nelar Digital retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, and know-how. Ownership of final paid deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

6. Revisions and Acceptance

Revision rounds, acceptance criteria, and approval windows are defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside scope may be billed separately.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for performance of the services.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as expressly stated in a written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nelar Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nelar Digital harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or unlawful content you provide.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for completed work and non-canceled commitments remain payable.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers and platforms. Their terms and policies apply separately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement, unless otherwise required by law.
